RICH RADIMER

After working as a factory rep for Nakamichi in New York, Rich Radimer, along with Kip Dellinger, partnered to start a new rep agency in Metro NY. ProAct Sales was launched in September 1991, providing a unique and exceptional model of dealer representation, focusing on design and innovation with a goal of moving dealers forward in reaching the “next level” in their projects.

After 40 years of making an indelible impact in the AV rep industry, Rich retired from ProAct Sales on January 1, 2021 while still maintaining his role as President of their distribution company, Custom Partners LLC. Now with Bryan Bentley serving as President and Don Sehulster as Vice President, ProAct Sales continues to honor the inspiring vision and work ethic of their founder and friend as they move into the expanding future of the industry.

Rich and his wife Mary reside in Rhode Island, along with their rescue dogs, where Rich now focuses on meaningful and impactful projects and ventures. Possessing a passion of enriching the lives of others, Rich has authored two 5-star children’s books, full of creative inspiration. His love and care for the environment is also a deep value, having founded the volunteer organization Environmental Rescuers which is dedicated to encouraging people to “act locally / think globally” by participating in environmentally sound projects in their local communities. Rich and Mary are committed to cleaning up and preserving the beautiful beaches and coastline of Rhode Island.
