Bryan Bentley

President

As President of ProAct Sales, Bryan oversees the day-to-day operations as well as our distribution company, Custom Partners. His experience as a United States Marine and his "can do" attitude make him a valued leader and part of the sales team. Bryan has also won numerous Individual Sales Rep awards from our vendors.

Downtime: Bryan enjoys fishing and when he’s not rooting for his own kids from the sidelines with his beautiful wife, you will find him cheering on his favorite NY sports teams!


Don Sehulster

Vice President

With now over a decade and a half in the CI industry, working for both local dealers and a major manufacturer, Don brings practical hands-on installation experience, technical knowledge, and strong sales and marketing skills. In addition, for almost 20 years he has had the unique privilege of serving as a pastor which has given him valuable skills to positively influence people, serve them and help them flourish in business and life.

Downtime: Don enjoys spending time with his family. An avid audiophile for over 35 years, he has a vast collection of vinyl and digital music that he enjoys listening to on vintage tube and solid state equipment he has personally restored.


VAN TSERPELIS

Account Manager

Van brings almost 2 decades of IT, AV, and Security experience to ProAct Sales. He has worked on the integrator side, for a distributor, and a manufacturer which groomed him to join the Rep side. His vast experience and product knowledge will complement the team nicely.  

Downtime: Van enjoys spending time with his wife Davi and children Kayla and Jonathan. If there is snow on the ground, you will find them snowboarding somewhere in the Northeast. Van roots for the Mets in the spring and summer and the Redskins in the fall and winter.


JESSE COUILLOU

Account Manager

Jesse graduated from Hofstra University and brings over a decade of experience in the custom integration (CI) industry. He spent nearly ten years with WAC Lighting / AiSPIRE and two years with LG Luxury Home Display, specializing in DVLED and large-format displays.

As a sales manager for the eastern United States region, Jesse excelled in supporting and expanding dealer networks. He focused on hiring manufacturer representatives, building dealer bases, and driving sales for innovative product lines. Traveling extensively, Jesse worked directly with dealers to educate them on product applications, sales strategies, and installation best practices. He also identified new revenue opportunities for dealers by introducing solutions tailored to the evolving CI market.

Jesse’s expertise spans a range of critical skills for the CI channel. He is a trusted resource for product knowledge, lighting design (indoor and outdoor), system layouts, quoting, and delivering training sessions. Jesse thrives on collaboration, partnering with dealers to enhance their sales strategies and help them deliver exceptional end-user experiences. He is known for his hands-on approach, always ready to assist with closing deals, resolving challenges, or improving customer satisfaction.

Downtime: Outside of work, Jesse enjoys playing and watching sports, building models, painting, drawing and playing and listening to music. He is passionate about his Spaghetti Western movie collection, tabletop wargames, video games, and board games, as well as diving into a great book, podcast or movie. Above all, Jesse values spending time with his family and friends.


DANA MILLER

Inside Sales Manager

Dana is responsible for supporting all sales, service, and communication efforts with our dealers and vendors. Dana successfully utilizes her leadership skills to manage all aspects of the office, and her commitment and dedication to the company is evident in her work production. Her professional and friendly demeanor makes her one of the best inside people in the business.

Downtime: Dana spends time with her husband and 3 active children. She is proud of her Irish roots which have made her a fun-loving, family-oriented woman. Most weekends are spent on a sports field or with family and friends.
