Bryan Bentley

President

As President of ProAct Sales, Bryan oversees the day-to-day operations as well as our distribution company, Custom Partners. His experience as a United States Marine and his "can do" attitude make him a valued leader and part of the sales team. Bryan has also won numerous Individual Sales Rep awards from our vendors.

Downtime: Bryan enjoys fishing and when he’s not rooting for his own kids from the sidelines with his beautiful wife, you will find him cheering on his favorite NY sports teams!


Don Sehulster

Vice President

With now over a decade and a half in the CI industry, working for both local dealers and a major manufacturer, Don brings practical hands-on installation experience, technical knowledge, and strong sales and marketing skills. In addition, for almost 20 years he has had the unique privilege of serving as a pastor which has given him valuable skills to positively influence people, serve them and help them flourish in business and life.

Downtime: Don enjoys spending time with his wife Sue and their two children — Aidan (20) and Grace (17) — and their rescue dog Penny. An avid audiophile for over 35 years, he has a vast collection of vinyl and digital music that he enjoys listening to on vintage tube and solid state equipment he has personally restored.


VAN TSERPELIS

Account Manager

Van brings almost 2 decades of IT, AV, and Security experience to ProAct Sales. He has worked on the integrator side, for a distributor, and a manufacturer which groomed him to join the Rep side. His vast experience and product knowledge will complement the team nicely.  

Downtime: Van enjoys spending time with his wife Davi and children Kayla and Jonathan. If there is snow on the ground, you will find them snowboarding somewhere in the Northeast. Van roots for the Mets in the spring and summer and the Redskins in the fall and winter.


MIKE SAIDLER

Account Manager

Mike joined the ProAct Sales team in 2014, bringing his 15 years of experience in CI sales and design engineering. Already familiar with our products from the dealer side, Mike brings a unique perspective to meeting dealer needs and expectations. This perspective puts him in the position of being a great resource to his dealers, bringing knowledge of product specification, system design/layout, bid/quote preparation, sales, engineering, block diagrams, RCPs, connection sheets, project management, and automation programming.

Downtime: Mike enjoys playing with his home electronics and integrating nearly useless devices into his automation system “because he can.”  


DANA MILLER

Inside Sales Manager

Dana is responsible for supporting all sales, service, and communication efforts with our dealers and vendors. Dana successfully utilizes her leadership skills to manage all aspects of the office, and her commitment and dedication to the company is evident in her work production. Her professional and friendly demeanor makes her one of the best inside people in the business.

Downtime: Dana spends time with her husband and 3 active children. She is proud of her Irish roots which have made her a fun-loving, family-oriented woman. Most weekends are spent on a sports field or with family and friends.
